No female artists on top 200 playlists

Consider this-
Right Now The top 200 playlists .. the list of all songs played on the air
on the top 200 Modern Rock Radio Stations in the US.. Do not contain a
single female artist.
Right Now talented women are writing, recording and releasing modern rock
music, but they cannot get their music played on the radio & are being
squeezed & starved out of business!
This blatant sex discrimination is in plain sight, and no one is paying
attention.
They just say "there are no good female rock musicians". Meanwhile, many
really terrible male bands get airtime, which translates into income, while
not one single female artist gets played.
"But we see lots of women in rock". Wrong! The women you see are assigned
to the "top forty" stations, and usually only then if they can sell their
sexual attributes, the music is usually written by someone else. Even there
women get only a fraction of the airplay.
This is the Rock Music's dirty little secret! Women are listeners too, and I
know they will be outraged if they are made aware that women are being
systematically excluded!
