I have to ask this SOMEWHERE that deals with alternative music.

The song is called "The Beach" and it's an up-tempo electronica dance
number that came out in 89 or 90. It can be had with or without
lyrics and dadGUMMIT! I don't remember who performed it or any of the
lyrics!

Does anyone here know what song I'm talking about?

Answered my own query! The original 1983 song was "Blue Monday" by
New Order, and was remixed an instrumental dance track in 1988 under
two titles: "The Beach" or "Beach Buggy" - same song, two frickin'
titles - GO FIGYEH!!

Either way hope you enjoy this knowledge - and the songs by New Order.
