Several years ago a moon rose over the sand dunes as a clockwork bird
held together with copper pins flew back to its master with an
important note, Shahryar Aslam, Sultan of Surat, was dead and Ja'afar
al-Baasimid, the Grand Vizier, had established a regency in the
interim. Five years have passed since that night and Shahryar's son
has come into his own as Almalik II, Sultan of Surat to herald a new
age for the House of Aslam.

Arabian Moons is a land of intrigue, mystery and magic set in the far
past based on the style of the many versions of Arabian Nights.
Arabian Moons is a Mu* for players by players. Where many games have a
guiding plot that the staff wish to play through, Arabian Moons plot
is player driven and the story is based on the decision and actions of
the players.

Log on to arabianmoons.isunlimited.net 7776 or feel free to look
around the website at http://arabianmoons.isunlimited.net. We have a
newbie friendly staff that is more than willing to help you so
previous knowledge of the setting is unnecessary. We hope to see you
there.

I just logged on. Although I am used to SMAUG MUDs, Arabian Moons made
it very easy for me to log on and create a character. Although the
playerbase is small -there were only two other people on when I logged
on- they were very friendly and helpful in getting my character set
up. I didn't get much of a chance to explore the world, but my initial
impression of the MUD was that it is run by mature, friendly people.
All they need are some more players and I think anyone who plays will
have a great experience.
