OS - xp sp 2
i tried to change the windows regional settings, but when i get back
to my dos program, it still shows 2 digits.

current date setting, dd-MM-yy

i want to change it to dd-MM-yyy at my ms dos program.

can someone, please help me?

date
short date
set it to d-MM-yyyy

Try the date command from an MSDOS prompt.

C:\>date
The current date is: Fri 30/10/2009
Enter the new date: (dd-mm-yy)
