I can understand this cmmand!

In the microsoft website.
There is a cammand write like this:
copy 0.txt +,,
The usage of it can refresh the modified time to new.
which should i think the "+,,"as? i don't think it a source or a destination.
Is it a file?But it doesn't like.
What is its location in the syntax of the copy command:
copy [/d] [/v] [/n] [/y | /-y] [/z] [/a | /b] <source> [/a | /b] [+<source> [/a | /b] [+ ...]] [<destination> [/a | /b]]
Is here any other usage of the "+,," or ",,"?

It was an undocumented use of the copy command but has worked that ways since MSdos days.

That's not always a good thing. I annoy people by doing that - but I do spend a lot of time on the
computer, and I enjoy batch files so why not. :)
