Serial nitrate fragment from 1918? frame closeups.

I have a short 20 to 30 second nitrate fragment that from the UK.

Kodak date code is 1918.

Do any of the actors or the scene look familiar to anyone? I am presuming
this is a serial but am probably wrong.

This film was been identified at another forum as SINS OF AMBITION (1917).
