East Lynne (1931) (O/T)

I was wondering if the print of the 1931 East Lynne shown in this
year's Cinecon was complete. I have read that the only print of this
Ann Harding vehicle is supposedly missing the last reel.

This film has been referred in two recent books on Pre-Code films,
Mick Lasalle's Complicated Women and Mark Vieira's Sin in Soft Focus,
and no mention was made of its incomplete status. Any assistance is
appreciated.

P.S. I had also believed that another Harding film, Paris Bound, had
been lost, but someone is selling a copy of it on eBay.

As far as could tell all boring 2 hours of it were there unless
there is some bit were she comes back to life and gets
her sight back

I did not like it at all and I like Ann Harding

I show no archival holding for PARIS BOUND, but it was in some early TV
packages and is in the public domain. I've seen it and it's pretty weak.
