Why many 8mm "Marketing Films" dubbed in Gernany?

This question is probably not really proper to this forum, but this is
still related to Super 8mm.

1. I am collectiong pre-packed super 8mm films. Recently I notice that
a lot of English movies released by "Marketing Films" were dubbed in
Germany, where the same title could not find in English. Why?

2. Was that Marketing Films a company based in the United States?

3. Anybody here know how many titles were released by Marketing Films
in English and in Germany?

4. It is my understanding for the first time that Marketing Films was
affiliated with Paramount Films, so it only released movies produced by
Paramount Films. But I just found that in German "Star Wars" was also
released by Marketing Films in Germany dub of course. Star Wars was
produced by 20th Century Fox. Do you know that Marketing Films also
released other than Paramount Pictures productions?

I love to collect Marketing Films productions since it was packed in
very thick box so it is durable and it was printed in Polyester base so
it is low fade to protect the color. Not to mention also the art works
on the covers which are very good.
