Wellgo peddle disassemble instructions

I am wondering if anyone has ever dissassembled a set of Wellgo B-81
or simular platform peddles. It looks like the axil/bearings are loose
in mine. I have removed the outside bolt on the peddle the axil, which
I thought would allow for the peddle to be removed. I found out it
does not.

Does anyone know if these can be serviced?
They are not great peddles, but I would hate to have to replace them
as they are in reasonably good shape.
