I ran into Bill Cook on CANDISC (the North Dakota ride) several years ago
when he was developing his SWB recumbent. I could see right away that he
liked high bottom brackets. He also, like most other recumbent enthusiasts,
thought nothing of spending $2000. or more on a recumbent. He was clearly an
elitist just like Tom Sherman and Dick Ryan. A pox on the whole tribe!

If you want to impress the Great Ed Dolan, manufacture a recumbent for
$200., not a freaking $2000.!

Mr. Sherman pretends that he is a liberal-socialist-communist. But he is
really a savage conservative (libertarian). Only Ed Dolan the Great
champions the cause of the common man on this newsgroup. That is because he
is humble and unassuming and not given to grandiose conceptions of his worth
in the grand scheme of things. I urge Tom Sherman to think less of himself
and more of others. He should strive to emulate Saint Edward the Great more
and Attila the Hun less.
