LED Scrolling Licence Plate for Motorcycles

Hi. I really like the Scrolling LED License Plate Brackets out there.

I see lots of these for Motorcycles, but does anyone make one for the new
size CANADIAN Motorcycle Plate? 5" X 8"

If not, I can buy just a Scrolling LED Light (not meant for a Plate) and
attach it to my Backrest or Luggage Rack, but it would be great to have a
nice one to Spruce up my Bike.

I am also looking for one of the older, smaller size License Plates for a
Motorcycle. Anyone?

They are probably illegal in Canada. I know they are in Ontario.
Flashing lights on a non emergency vehicle are not allowed unless they
are turn signals.

The one that put up a message are onl;y allowed to operate when the
vehicle is stopped.
