28 degrees at the Lair, I think I'll wait a few hours for 40 degrees and
head south. If I don't end up under the barge getting down the snow-covered
driveway. Should see 50 degrees by West Virginia. It's pretty pathetic when
one looks forward to 50 degrees.

I've been watching the extended forecasts for the last 10 days and today was
the best weather window for getting out of Dodge, s'posed to get warmer and
sunnier the farther south I get. Not so much as a whisper of the words rain
or snow. This morning the prognosticators are saying there's s'posed to be
rain in the Carolinas tomorrow. Cold rain. D'OH! I think it'll behoove me to
get as far south as I can tonight. Prolly gonna be a long day. At least it's
in the right direction, no truck or hauling involved and a fresh oil change
to muck up. Hope the winter air in the tires works alright in FL.

We're at the Cabin if ya want to come down here. Supposed to be rain
tomorrow and 'some rain' on Thursday... but in the 60's.
