I ate a Tim Tam....I ate a Tim Tam....

I picked up a package in Vancouver yesterday. CDN$4.99!!!!!! Pretty
tasty though. And SWEET!

I'd have to say, No. But they are very familiar. I think Canada has
something similar but I can't think of it right now.

BTW, I had trouble finding them in the store because they had to change
the packaging so it could be sold here. Apparently, some company in the
States has rights to the name "Tim Tam" so the package just says
"Arnott's" and the type (I bought originals). It also had to meet the
bilingual specifications for Canadian sale.

Hmmm... I'll admit that every time I go into a store I look to see if
perhaps they have Tim Tams in the imported cookie section. I hadn't
thought that it might have a different name here. Now I'll have to
look for Arnott's, which sounds familiar.

There are little matzoh crackers called "Tam Tam". I'm pretty darn
sure that's not the same thing!
