Start with the DMV ask them what to do.
In Florida the parks sometimes use a private tag agency
to acquire a duplicate title for around $300. and sign
the title with the deadbeat's name. Don't take this as
legal advice.
You can have an attorney evict them and acquire title,
expensive.
Once you own it call people who do demolition to break it
up into a dumpster and haul it off. It can cost one to
four grand so you might want to locate and bill the owner.
You can usually take possession of something once it has been
abandoned on your property long enough. One method is charging a
storage rate. Once the accrued amount is higher than the value of the
item, you own the item.
I would check with the DMV on how to proceed. I'm not so sure you can
simply deliver it to the tenant's last known address, even if the
person owns that property. You'd have to check into that.
Once you own it, if it's not completely delapidated, you could try to
sell it for $500 or $1,000. Some people will use them for shops or
storage even if they're not habitable. Finally, I've seen ones in
terrible shape stripped down and the support frame/axle/wheels used to
build a new hauling trailer.

Ask the DMV what to do. Just because you get a copy of the title doesn't
mean it's your property. You need to ask the DMV what procedures need to
be followed to dispose of the abandonded mobile instead. It may be as
simple as posting your intent to dispose of the property in the "legal
notices" section of your local papers. But how long that notice needs to
be posted and how long you have to wait for a response? No idea.
Call your local MH dealers as well. They may be up on the local
codes/laws regarding fulfilling the legal/technical aspect of what to
do. And they would be the first place to ask for referrals to
scrap/demolition places to remove the trailer. If it's not in good shape
- and can't be transported on it's own axle - it will cost more to have
it demolished and removed on site.

I live in NC. If someone has abandoned a vehicle on your property. You
can call a tow truck. They will tow it and start charging the owner a
storage fee. When the fees exceed the value of the vehicle somehow they
do some paper work and get the title.
You could call some used mobile home dealers and ask. ***Assuming***
they can legally move it, let them do the paper work to get title.
Whether they will remove it for free, is another question.
