My peripheral vision often stuns me with brief visions of white lights. They
take on various shapes but most are circular.
They exhibit odd behavior.
They "grow" when they are circular then disappear when I turn to look at
them.
Line lights are brief lights that shoot in directions.
Clustered lights have many colors and can be looked at directly and seen to
have movement. They take on no geometric form, but move about like they have
a mind of their own.
With the backdrop of the sky on a clean glass window, I can see small curly
lights that dance spasmodically and increase in number as I "tune in" to
them. Once seen, they are as visible as anything else but they must be
concentrated on or they disappear.
I am not confusing these lights with "floaters", which are actual foreign
elements on surface of my eye. I do know the difference. Floaters don't
illuminate like lights do. Floaters rely on the movement of the eye to
change position. Lights have a mind of their own.
I dont know what these lights are but theorize they may be EM waves that are
on the borderline light frequency scale. This leads me to believe I am being
exposed to a dangerous amount of concentrated energy.
I was told by a possible perp they may be a sign of neurilogical problems
with my eyes but, I don't know and would not rule anything out.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with these peripheral lights?

I believe the energy used against victims is what Wilheim Reich termed
orgone energy (aka subtle energy, aether, bioenergy). This has been
studied for use as weapon potential and is documented in the book
Psychic Discoveries. It has characteristics of sound, light, and
electromagnetic. I'm unable to detect anything visually but know
people who have. I have had those orb shapes show
up in photographs I have taken though.
Reich built special rooms where he was able to accumulate
that energy and reported some of the effects you mentioned.

According to Berkley, it was the activity of the mind that generated
physical objects as appearences in an apparent physical world. Sounds,
sights, odors, tastes, etc., were mental experiences which depended on
the mind alone and out of which were constructed alleged items in an
alleged external world.
It is hypothetically correct, that if "we could iniciate the same
neural activity in the optic nerve that follows stimulation from some
source, say the reflected light from a particular person or painting,"
we would then "see" that "painting or person without the actual
presence of the external stimuli."
The behavior involved when people report seeing or hearing, or
otherwise experiencing objects in their absence, is called "imagery."
The idealistic philosophy of Berkley can be examined in a preliminary
way in Burtt(1939) and Berlin (1956).
Electrical-Visual Stimulations

Ecclesiastes :: The Segregated Fields :::
A. R. Luria, The Working Brain, An Introduction to Neuropsychology
(1973) ::
The neuronographic studies of McCulloch and his
collaborators(1943), show that stimulation of the secondary zones of
the visual cortex spreads over much wider areas than stimulation of
its primary zones, sometmes even crossing
over into the opposite hemisphere. The morphilogical and physiological
features distinguishing the structure of the secondary zones of the
visual cortex also determine the role which it plays in organizing
complex visual perception. This was clearly shown in experiments
carried out in the past by leading neurologists and neurosurgeons
(Poltz,Foerster,Penfield) during operations of the cortical zones.
Their observations show that stimulation of the primary zones of the
occipital cortex by a weak electric current [words-phrases can be
construed as a form of electrical stimulations] evoked the appearance
of elementary
visual hallucinations in the patient (who percieved flashes of light,
tongues of flame and colored spots.) These phenomena, moreover,
appeared in strictly defined parts of the visual field (stimulation of
the right occipital region led to the appearance of these 'photopsias'
in the
left part, while stimulation of the left occipital cortex led to their
appearance in the right part of the visual field, and so on). The
results of stimulation of the secondary zones of the visual cortex
were
completely different. In these cases electrical stimulation of a
certain point of the cortex gave rise, not to elementary visual
sensations, but
to complex recognizable visual hallucinations (images of flowers,
animals, familiar persons and so on). Sometimes such stimulation
caused
the appearance of a complex sequence: The patient saw his friend
approaching and beckoning him with his hand and so on. These
hallucinations were meaningful rather than topical in
character.
***These hallucinations naturally reflected the subject's previous
visual
experience, and consequently, stimulation of the secondary visual
cortical zones activated traces of those integral visual images which
were stored in this part of the human cortex. It follows that the
secondary zones of the visual cortex, with their complex structure and
their facility for the extensive spread of excitation, play the role
of
synthesizing visual stimuli, coding them, and forming them into
complex
systems. It can therefore be concluded that the function of the
secondary zones of the occipital cortex is to convert the somatopical
projection of incoming visual excitation into its functional
organization. Consequently, these zones play a decisive role in the
provision of a higher level of processing and storing of visual
information.

With all that we know concerning electricity and its relationship to
the anatomy and physiological functions, I would now like for the
readers
of this list to become aware of the environmental engineering through
commercial products and television in relation to Gestalt Art,
telescopic points of view on flat surfaces, after-images, strobscopic
effects, pseudostroboscopic effects. These forms of stimulation
directly relate to the above writings of A.R. Luria in The Working
Brain, An
Introduction to Neuropsychology. I have a site, in fact, two of them,
would like the list members to review for learning about Gestalt Art
and its perception deceptions. I have written them a couple of times
but
hopefully they will have more meaning for you in this context, with
the
article below and how people are being affected by electrical
stimulation. As I comprehend this, it goes hand and hand with the
psychophysical forced stimulations as relates to environmental and
behavioral engineering. The sites are
http://communities.msn.com/arizonacorruption and
http://communities.msn.com/criminalhypnosissatanismvoicefmholography .
Review the photos specifically at azcorrupt,Gestalt Psychology-The
Scamm album, to see how the artwork is deceptively hidden right in
front of
our faces through our perceptions and orientations toward objects.
There are pictures and explanations, and illustrations to help you
understand.
In television I have located this type of art all the ways back to the
"I Love Lucy," show, and many of our old favorite television shows. We
are trained to watch the actors movements and display of emotions,
thereby missing the content of the deceptive gestalt artwork hidden in
the background of the sceneries. We look but we do not see what is
there. Begin watching the walls, flower arrangements, paintings,
furniture, and even the ground in some of the shows. The gestalt
artwork is there. It takes some practice to break the old habits of
watching
the actors and actresses, and to focus on the backgrounds. When an
actor
reaches his place on the set, it is usually taped on the floor where
they should stand. The lighting has been arranged for each shot and
angle. The position of the actors make for a contrast so as to
highlight the reflected surface to its best advantage. There are many
subtlties
in the theater as relates to the perception deceptions. I have been
watching some big screen television and they are even easier to spot.
It is amazing how this gestalt artwork sticks out yet no one even
notices
it, and will even argue that there isn't anything there. Is it any
wonder that the hallucinations created through electrical stimulation
are reflective of our visual experiences, and most significantly, the
ones we aren't aware of even having seen. You can join the sites or
simply visit. I am working on them both, and as most of you, am
debilitated in my atempts. Electrical stimulation-visual
hallucinations-gestalt images in the environment, does this mean that
the scam did begin long ago and that the infrastructure has been
designed with this very knowledge in mind? ]
Predominant Higher Frequency-Increased Pulse Rate
Investigation of some "unexpected" aspects of the operator's and the
patient's cardiac activity in correcting programming of the organism's
information-exchange processes by BIP technique
In testing the operator, the results of the investigation showed
unambiguously regular characteristics. At the beginning of the contact
a certain increase in the pulse rate was steadily regestered and no
connection having been observed with the patient's absolute pulse rate
value. The origin of the effect is associated with the appearance in
the spectrum of a predominant characteristic of higher frequency
components.
