The Republic of Serbia (in the Balkans, with capital town Belgrade)
is to be subjected to Justice as Justice is defined correctly.
'
The procedure of Justice does not end with the death of an accused
head of state:
Justice is establishing and making known the correct viewpoint
(meaning, of course, the absolute truth of what happened,
which then gives - as any judge knows - the correct
viewpoint)
about the actions and intentions of people, *(0)
of what they did (or still do), and out of what intention
they did it (or still do it).

When that correct viewpoint is lacking,
is not established, or is not made known,
then there is a lack of Justice or no Justice.
'

Thus, the Republic of Serbia (located a bit to the East of Italy), is
to be subjected to Justice as Justice is defined correctly.
You will have to be reminded, that truth is absolute,
regardless of whether it is made known or hidden,
IT EXISTS, regardless of whether you look at it,
so for Sane decisions, you will have to look
at it and make it know, AS IT EXISTS.
Truth is defined, as 'that what happened, who
caused it with what intentions' - this, any child
knows.
You will also have to be reminded, that - though truth
can be hidden or camouflaged - it can never be erased,
which is due to the nature of The Creation itself:
As soon as something happens, it and all that is
connected with it, becomes part of The Creation
(of its history, you would say) which - though parts
can be made to appear hidden or camouflaged - can
not be undone in any way.
But the results that exist now, from what was done
in the past, can be faced, and the existing results
can be remedied now.

In this case, Milosevic, a violently Criminal Mind, an
individual purely and very actively evil by nature, was
head of state of Serbia,
ADMIRED AND SUPPORTED BY LARGE PARTS OF THE
POPULATION OF SERBIA.
In other words, the population had been
made destructively Insane, and that, for
already quite some time.
Insanity is REMEDIED (in normal people, in
the vast majority of any group or nation)
BY MAKING THEM FACE the Criminal Mind(s)
who drove them, the population, Insane.
(The same applies for Palestinians, by
the way, and for the people of Iran and
other highly INSANE groups,
that follow some cultural method of
SUPPORTING VERY SEVERELY CRIMINAL MINDS,
out of tribally, nationally, religiously
or culturally "brotherly" ties and
sentiments ENFORCED BY VERY SEVERELY
CRIMINAL MINDS in their past and their
present.
In other words: LACK OF JUSTICE.)

The very severely Criminal Mind Milosevic, former head of
state, of Serbia, had political connections also to other
severely Criminal Minds - which is common in such
situations.

In other words, the International Court of Justice in The Hague, in
the case of the Serbian Criminal Mind Milosevic, was
CONFUSING JUSTICE AND PUNISHMENT
(the punishment by imprisonment, that it was to meet out to
Milosevic, after his trial):
When PUNISHMENT (by imprisonment) WAS NOT POSSIBLE anymore to be
inflicted on the accused,
they stopped JUSTICE.

Justice however, is establishing and making known the correct
viewpoint about the actions and intentions of individuals, *(0)
which IS: Who did what, and out of what intention they
did it.

That the procedure of Justice does not end, until JUSTICE IS
ESTABLISHED AND THE RESULTS PUBLISHED TO ALL CONCERNED, is all
too easily seen, simply by defining Justice correctly.

This is further in alignment with the First International Law, that
deals with Criminal heads of state, which Serbia's Milosevic was.
In the case of Serbia, there is a whole century actually,
between 1900 and 2000, that should be looked at with JUSTICE.
The same applies to Russia, by the way...

Now we come to the subject of PUNISHMENT - which is entirely SEPARATE
from providing Justice,
even when dealt with simultaneously, which it should not,
as you now see, I hope,
but the primitive, tribal mind cannot see that, at all,
because such - even if seemingly very emotionally, but
nevertheless being very narrow-mindedly connected, thus -
(they) do lack the Energy to connect themselves (their
soul, that is) to feeling Life and individuals widely
enough;
and also, their OWN observation and innate decency, has
been REPLACED by the feelings and ideas and desires (the
Energies) deliberately inflicted and kept installed by
Criminal Minds, sometimes doing so by claiming to be God,
even.

How Insane you or others have been MADE on the subject of
punishment - made so Insane BY CRIMINAL MINDS -
is very different from person to person.
Some people have been made THAT insane by Criminal
Minds, that they can not live without some form
of revenge, of knowing that or seeing that suffering
is inflicted on a criminal,
yes, even on the family members of a criminal,
and, what's more, ON THE WHOLE TRIBE or the
whole country of the criminal...
('criminal' means here, what your current
or local legal system "defines" as
being Criminal - someone whom your legal
system would label 'criminal.')
That's how very Insane many people have been made
to think and to feel - made so BY CRIMINAL MINDS -
on the subject of punishment.

It's basically what Criminal Minds want: to,
in any way possible, inflict suffering, on
anyone possible.
So they get you to feel and be convinced, that
"that - inflicting suffering - is necessary:"
General Eisenhower demanded from DECENT
American soldiers, that they inflict suffering
on the captive German soldiers, by making them
suffer hunger and lack of hygiene, by actively
PREVENTING these from receiving help.
He thus offended not so much the Germans
by that, BUT Eisenhower VERY GREATLY
offended the Americans whom he forced to
follow those Insane, malicious orders.
And many Americans were severely
offended by that, by being ordered to
inflict hate and suffering onto captive
people who now were harmless and who
were relieved, greatly, to themselves
not having to hate others anymore,
not being forced anymore to hate
those, the Americans, British and
French, who are (and were all the
time) ACTUALLY friends.
The war was over, the German soldiers were
not hypnotized anymore, nor were they 'having
to fight "the enemy" or else be shot them-
selves,'
HATE COULD END.

Justice to the victims of Crimes,* and there,
more important than materially, providing Justice to the souls of the
victims,
which is done (solely) by establishing and making known the
correct viewpoint about the actions and intentions of people.

Criminal Minds have - especially by insinuating themselves into and
subverting religion(s) - (they) reversed also this definition,
and made it "a PERSONAL MATTER for the Criminal" only, in
order
to continue to hide from the victims, what actually
happened to these,
in order to hide from you, what happened to you.

You see this also in their perversion of 'peace:'
Making NOT 'peace' at all, but wanting you to
create "a feeling of peace," a pretense,
in order to make others deny any and all
responsibility for life and "to feel great

spiritually a 'Drugged' state, actually,

a pretense that I had to expose in 'Definition of
Peace,' for you. *(1)
Criminal Minds have completely destroyed the practice of Justice
FURTHER,
by introducing feelings and actions of "punishment"
like 'revenge,' 'hate,' 'infliction of pain,'
'domination,' 'blackmail,' 'mutilation,' 'torture,'
'demands to commit crimes for others,' 'demands to hide
crimes of others,' 'demands to self-inflict harm or pain,'
'any other self-mutilation,' 'voluntarily causing atonement
or suffering,' 'destroying one's own or one's own family's
or one's own group's urge or ability to enjoy life,'
'voluntarily inflicting harm onto those one loves, or onto
one's group or family,' and so on,
as "punishments"
(what else do you expect, in the form of "Justice,"
from a Criminal Mind?)
and other entirely barbaric evils, as "punishments,"
COUNTERING AND DESTROYING JUSTICE thereby. *(6)

Well, what else do you expect, from a Criminal Mind?
So now we have the hard work of undoing all that,
which has progressed to some extent in the civilized
and free countries. *(b)

about a tremendous amount of relief to people,

(a) When a malicious woman is stealing a baby, and claims it
- against the actual and loving mother - to be hers,
then you establish, of course,
and nowadays you don't have to do that, by
pronouncing,
in front of both contestants,
the judgment that 'the child's body be equally
divided between the two women,' but
you use genetic recognition, to establish
who is the real mother
- or else (King Solomon was rather advanced over current
science, which has no place for or codification of the
far senior Energy of Life called Love) - to establish
who is the loving woman to be the mother of the baby.

(b) Hammurabi - a Babylonian king (died 1750 BC) who is considered
the first one to have Criminal Law written down, so that people
know, which hand or how many hands they should hack off from
an offender, or how long they should keep him under water, to
prove or disprove - by his drowning or staying alive - whether
he is guilty of the crime he was accused of and arrested for.
Criminal law became "something dependable, not arbitrary," then.
The types of punishments, often with death, were common in that
time and area (the Middle East) - a novelty it was, to write it
all down and display it for everyone, to know 'where one is at,'
or 'what to expect.'
(The obvious humor is un-intentional, as does happen
sometimes, when one is giving a truthful account of
something.
I wish more history books were written in that style.
Rare historians indulge at rare occasions in such rare
displays of wit and insight,
such an instant in a book by Heinz Hoehne (spelled
also as Heinz Hohne - when omitting the German
'umlaut') a book about my previous life time,
