Both Global War on Terrorism medals (Service and Expeditionary) are currently restricted to service after 11 Sep 2001. Four War on Terrorism actions prior to 2001 are being recommended for retroactive inclusion. Your support and the support
of your Represenative in the House and your two Senators are required for approval. The four pre-2001 terrorist actions are listed here:
