I logged into MS's hotmail and got this message
https://security.live.com/pp900/Aci.aspx/A1
along with a laundry list of reasons why my account was being shut
down.

Now, it the list of netiquette, is it really too much to ask that they
somehow explain why my account was shut down? I suppose that some
program makes the decision and MS doesn't want to give away their
algorithm, but I am calling them on this one. I get the strange
feeling that they have no clue and just invoke some fuzzy logic
algorithm which overlays my MS hotmail inbox with that of known
trouble makers, and presto, shit becomes dogma, and my account is
closed. Why knows, maybe someone hacked my account, but I get this
strange feeling that if they could not say exactly that that is the
reason why my account was closed, them they really have no clue and
just passing the buck.
I understand that this is the new business practice, but it just
sounds, tastes, and smells like horseshit.
