Let us go through them.
First lie ... the USA is the spokesman of the free world.
When he went to the UN - the world listened to the arrogant jerk americans
and the way they went to war against the will of the world ... and the
outcome?
They changed their status from the ones who lead - to the rulers of the
free world ... and the outcome was that in diplomatic circles - the US is
no longer accepted as leader of the pack.
It is another nation - a powerful nation - but the other nations no longer
follow.
One lie ... in the UN and the diplomatic "leader of the pack" which the US
had ... gone.
It might have been restored but, alas, both monetary and fiscal policy the
world over happened to cause a lot of misinformation ... and the people who
listened lost a lot of money.
With the loss of the power of "advise on wealth" along with the acting of
"military arrogance" - their diplomatic role has gone and it will not come
back.
The second lie? Democracy will fix Iraq.
Has it?
ROTFLOL.
Ignorant Yanks ... what a load of CRAP. As though this would fix a country.
Then we have the excuse ...
"You cannot prove you do not have weapons of mass destruction."
It takes one really foolish idiot to repudiate the entire myth of the US as
defender of liberty ... but Bush did that as well.
Justice requires proof before you go in, not afterwards. I accuse the US of
worshiping satan and thus I am justified in going to a holy war with the
US. Oh the US is not worshiping satan? The accusation itself is enough!
Thus another myth of the US hit the dust. It is not the defenders of
liberty.
In one act of arrogance, Bush managed on his own to change the perception
of the US in the entire world, not just with the average man, but with the
power brokers, the movers and the shakers of the world.
And like the Dreyfus affair, the outcome is the demise of the place of the
US as "The mover and shaker in the free world."
Trust, once lost ... cannot be restored.
Look at a group when the confidence in the leader is gone. Another rises up
to take the place as leader. This has occurred in several areas ... and I
mentioned just a few of them.
And it is all began with Bush.
You can play power politics in the US but you cannot play such stupid
"propaganda games" with the rest of the world. You might have ... but the
murdoch press is steadily losing ground, even with the average man ...
outside of the US.
So another of the infrastructure of the control of the free world has been
removed.
Your power and influence has gone.
It began with Bush.
He removed the power of diplomacy and the fiscal power.
The loss of the press had nothing to do with him.
The loss of the "influence of the american legal system ... (you will not
be aware of it but it is happening world wide) is going to have yet another
impact on your status though that also has nothing to do with Bush.
America has become another Britain and France ... a former world empire.
I am not predicting it.
It has already happened.
Shrug.
Deal with it. Or ... as a brain dead brown shirt ... ignore it and pretend.
It does not make any difference. The world is what it is.
If you think the world will react one way and it does not, it just means
your plans and expectations would fail.
I do not desire to see the US become a third world country ... so I am glad
the conservatives lost the last election.
BTW - have you noticed that the group which "Really" fucks up the economic
system is always the ones who claim better financial managers?
I could not believe it. I was shocked ... at first. I looked deeper ...
Yep.
I find that fascinating, curious, interesting and perplexing, and it is a
world wide thing. It is not just the US.
Fascinating.
