participants with the notice of affidavit and proof of Claim. In each
and every case all law enforcement agents have commercially defaulted
repeatedly, to the tune of millions of dollars. thereby attesting,
according to Commercial Law that my position is True, correct, and
therefore stands as judgement.
rk: By defaulting, not answering the questions of JURISDICTIONS
accompanied by their Sworn testimony or Affidavit, they have agreed by
COMMERCIAL LAW, which trumps any Corporate rules, regs, and statutes
which they attempt to pass off as Law, that my position is correct,
and there exists therefore, no controversy for any court to
adjudicate.
rk: The STATE OF OREGON knows this. The COUTY OF JOSEPHINE knows
this. The JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE knows this. The CITY OF
GRANTS PASS POLICE knows this. The OREGON STATE POLICE knows this.
THE JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY knows, this. EACH AND EVERY
ONE OF THE JOSEHINE COUNTY COURT JUDGES knows this, the OREGON
ATTORNEY GENERAL knows this.
rk: That's why I AM FREE today and NOT IN PRISON EVEN AFTER they
convicted the fictional JURISTIC PERSON resembling my name in two
trials.
rk: I'm just waiting on them to smarten up and take their lickin like
"big boys" and take advantage of my generousity in not going after
each and every agent individually, which would destroy their lives and
the lives of their families.
rk: I have NO DESIRE to harm anyone. I just DEMAND MY FREEDOM, and
their compliance to following the law they took an OATH TO ENFORCE.
rk: I'm just waiting to see if there is anyone left in a position of
Authority who has any honor left and still works for the STATE OF
OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE. So far, It does not BODE WELL for
the government which exists here in OREGON.
rk; My purpose is not to grow rich, or HARM ANOTHER, but to
demonstrate TO ALL MEN that they have the UNALIENABLE RIGHT TO
LIBERTY, which includes the Right to Travel, unless they waive those
rights through consent or contract, either, willingly, or by Trickery
and Deceit by the Courts and Prosecutors. .
rk: The STATE OF OREGON, AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE KILLED MY WIFE
through the enormous stress they put on her. That I cannot or will
not forgive. THEY WILL SETTLE with me, FINANCIALLY in order to
regain the honor they have lost through their criminal actions.
rk: Otherwise they shall continue to face EXPOSURE of their
Criminality at the hands of this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,
Sentient, Natural Man until the Day that I Die.
rk: I do not fear them, and they know it. I have taken this course
of action for the last nine years to demonstrate the real power of
the Sovereign People, the True Government to millions of People who
presently quake in their boots at the sight of police and courts and
to assist them in regaining their memory of who they truly are, That
is the only revolution necessary to bring peace back to the streets
and homes of Americans, IN OR OUT OF OREGON.
rk: By Law, the many Agents for the STATE OF OREGON, AND JOSEPHINE
COUNTY have ALREADY LOST and STAND IN JUDGMENT. That is why the UCC
Lien process is call a NONJUDICIAL REMEDY.
rk: You see, I have the LAW ON MY SIDE, and I DON'T FEAR THEM. What
they demonstrate to the People of America, are that Criminal agents of
Government, use force, fear and intimidation and presently Thumb their
noses at the Law they have taken an Oath to enforce.
rk: They cannot take back or buy back the BAD PUBLICITY they have
endured at the hands of this ONE SIMPLE MAN OF TRUTH over the last
nine years.. But they are being GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY to regain
their lost HONOR (after a thorough housecleaning) by a man who
understands who He is and His relationship with His Government
Servants.
rk: Should they once again, reject this offer to reach a settlement,
every agent will have to look at his own tenuous financial future.
That is no way for any honorable man to raise a family and plan for
the future, is it?
rk: A copy of this is being sent to every applicable Government
Office in Oregon and Josephine County.
rk; Let all see, whether they act in honor or continue their plans to
declare War on the Citizenry via Martial Law.
