Yes, massages, I only went once but I go back on the 23rd,
& I can`t wait. Water Water Water, drink alot. Before & after.
My only trouble is that it only helped for about 2 days. But
my muscles are in real bad shape, my massage therapist
even commented on how bad they are, so I probably need alot
more sessions. I am going to be going once a week.

I've been having hour massages once per month for about the past 2 years and
I feel the best I have in years. It took several months for the fevers and
night sweats to go away after the massages but now it just keeps my going
fine. My dr. also agrees this has helped immensely.

He authorized me to go 3 x a week for 6 weeks. By the time I finished, I felt
the best
that I had in 9 years.
However, once I felt better I neglected to
continue with the stretching exercises and
after awhile was right back to square one.
I only had it on the left side of the body, but
during the past two months it was gone over
to and included the right side. Right now
I am in a tremendous amount of pain, plus
IBS. I am also under a lot of stress, which
in my case, activates my pain. So, I know
that the massage works, and wish I could do
it on a regular basis, but Ins. Co. only allow
a certain amount of therapy, unfortunately.
I hope this information has helped you and
that you feel better soon.
