Just to let you know that I am taking Ambien at night for sleep.  That
is the only med that works for me, and I have had no side effects from
it.  When I first started taking it, I had to go immediately to bed.
The very first time I took it, I fell asleep in the chair, and woke up
the following morning with daughter shaking me.  I take it only 3 or 4
times a week.  I take 10 mg.
Hope this info helps.

Lynne

Me too!  I also take 10 mg but take it every night at this point.  I'm not
worried about addiction or requiring it to sleep as I hadn't slept for
months prior to starting it so needing it was a foregone conclusion.

I also have no side effect, daytime drowsiness or anything else.
