Hi Sue-
I think the biggest worrys in having a tatoo would be first and foremost if
the place you are going is sterilizing equipment properly and using
universal precautions as any personnel in a hospital would.

Next I would worry about a sensitivity to the dye used in a tattoo. It
might be best to do some sort of patch test before going ahead and possibly
getting into trouble with the procedure.

From my friends that have had tattoos I know that there is scabbing and a
healing process involved. Do you have problems with bleeding or forming
scar tissue? These would be a couple other things to take into
consideration.

These are just a few things that popped into my head when you proposed
getting a tattoo. I had thought about getting a tattoo in a place only my
hubby could find <blush>, but because of multiple drug allergies have put
this idea out of my mind (for now). Let me know how things work out if you
decide to go ahead and get that tattoo! :)
