companies in the United States for fraudulently denying medical care
they have contracted to provide and against the US government for
refusing medical care and food to individuals because of discrimination
against, and persecution of individuals who are either disabled or
economically disadvantaged.

The former Bush administration refused to ratify the treaty giving power
to the court, which had previously been signed by former President
Clinton. Bush officials cited protection of our interests abroad as the
reason for not signing the treaty. As I understand it, this means that
charges can only be brought if the UN refers the case to the court and I
have asked in the letter that this referral be made.
I feel strongly that denying food and medical care to sick and disabled
individuals in a country which is affluent and has the means to provide
those things is passive torture and constitutes Crimes against
Humanity. In the current political environment, where healthcare reform
is being debated in the US and labeled by many as an "unaffordable
luxury" for people who don't somehow "deserve" that care, I want my
politicians to understand exactly how I feel about the issue and I think
this letter is a good way to get the point across, so I am copying the
letter to my senators and representatives and to President Obama.

Summary
The recent controversy surrounding the "NICE Review?" series on YouTube and
its fallout has highlighted problems in the management of the Yahoo Group
"MEActionUK" and Margaret Williams�ｿｽ secret but central role in the group,
which serves as a backdrop to my decision to take a leaf out of her book by
operating under a pseudonym in order to make a point to both Ms. Williams
(real name Kate Stewart) and the List Owner and Moderator of MEActionUK,
Stephen Ralph. I therefore engaged in the nefarious work of �ｿｽgoing
undercover�ｿｽ by creating my own pseudonym of �ｿｽJeff Blake�ｿｽ in order to become
a member of the MEActionUK list, ensuring that a suspicious presence on the
list followed by my 'outing' would enable me to make my point. I have never
used a pseudonym on the internet before and I have no intention to do so
again as I view this as a one off due to the special and particular
circumstances that I explain in this article.
Ms. Williams' undercover work was uncovered and this had a disastrous effect
on the case against NICE as set out in the Witness Statement to Court of Mr.
Stephen Hocking, the solicitor for NICE, who used the hostages to fortune
created by the nefarious work of Ms. Williams in order to demolish the case
against NICE. The whole ineptitude, of which this was a part, later resulted
in a Wasted Costs order placed on the claimants Legal representatives, Leigh
Day & Co, after NICE successfully applied for one.
This amounted to �ｿｽ50,000 - not an amount to be trifled with.
My 'outing' did eventually occur and it proved to me the existence of double
standards when I was unsubscribed.
My incognito antics were far less important and costly compared to those of
Ms. Williams yet appeared to garner far more
criticism from the management of MEActionUK.
