[CFS-L] Inside elbow perspiration and itching

Sometimes I get attacks in which the insides of my elbows start
perspiring heavily. After a few hours, they start itching. Several
hours later, I sometimes get a red rash.
Does anyone know what is causing this? Is there anything I can do
to prevent this? Thank you in advance for all replies.

When I am in the kitchen, I often kick one of my cat's balls.
After I kick it, he will sometimes play with it for a few
seconds to several minutes. His favorite are the ones that
rattle. He'll play with any ball that makes noise.
