I only sent one page of the Pro-Health Newsletter. From a quick glance, all
the contents are very interesting.

Hope you all can access the whole Newsletter by clicking on Home - or you
all already receive it. If not, will send on in its entirety.

Hope you are all enjoying the Summer. The last 3 days here have been
tropical. 90+ F. But today less harsh sun, as thin clouds are masking the
sun slightly. It is still 25 C = 77 F indoors, but I want fresh air.
So all doors and windows wide open. Gotta catch this fresh air and sun as
and when we can.

Sorry not been in touch. Bad Migraine, which I discovered is reduced by a
Double Scotch at 6 pm.! That is my story, and I am sticking to it. It was
decades before I could enjoy, or even tolerate, alcohol.

Have builders and Reps here for 2 weeks obtaining quotes for longstanding
repairs, before the Winter. That is also exhausting. Switching your brain
to technical issues when you feel you need to crash, and trying to remember
every question needed to be answered, is also tiring. Lists???
Appointments? I hope I never have to make another appointment again... BUT
only for the Hospitals (plural). I am still waiting. Unbelieveable.

I so wish I could alleviate sinus or migraine headaches
with a double Scotch, but I can't go near the stuff, not even
to smell it. Not even a good glass of white wine--dry German
or French or Italian.

I wonder if I'll ever be able to enjoy wine again.
