Is Education Research "Claptrap"?
Based on my experiences, "claptrap" would also be a suitable description for much of education research, in particular for research in mathematics education. The fate of Naomi Schaefer Riley has been covered in many publications, including: [link]... more »

Secret math
I think it's odd that people can't get patents for math formulas. I guess if someone invented a new formula they'd probably want to keep it a trade secret. There must be a lot of secret math out there. Not good for science. But science isn't everything. W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.)... more »

10*(23*63)^2 +/- 1 Mersenne p expon. 1580187223 divides b^bn+3 prime triple.
How do you efficiently sieve for prime 3/4-tuples? 10*(23*63)^2 +/- 1 Mersenne p expon. 1580187223 divides b^bn+3 prime triple. I try to promise. my discovery. @mcdoNewt 10-4-12 Hey folks, after finding a record prime quadruple, I'd like to stay in the field of triples and quadruples a bit longer. But the sieving takes a lot of... more »

Create an x-axis based on number of occurences
I have a list of prices for condos. Instead of having an x-axis with an typical increment of $25K I'd like to have a scale that reflects the number of condos that have a particular price. For instance if most of the condos are between 200K and 400K I might have a scale like: <=100K 200K 225K 250K 275k >=300K... more »

Technical Breakthrus #68 by Seung Bum Kim (c)opyright 2012
Now by emitting a frequency that is triangular so it develops mass through rotational intensity and as such tries to withdraw matter if the frequency is sent with a conductive frequency than the ionisphere can release energy at any given coordinate and send destructive energy anywhere. Frequency for the Ionisphere - scientific druidism - by Seung Bum Kim... more »
