Charter offers some pretty sweet bandwidth speeds, but get very stingy
when you use them. I am told that all speeds have a 100GB monthly
limit except the last package. With the last package you get 250GB
month.

Anyone care to figure out what percent of the month you are actually
using the connection to reach the limit for each connection? Which
would be the best deal?
