Holiday Anime Faire is a small anime convention put on once a year by
the city of Fremont.
According to one fan who went last year: "It mostly focuses on anime
and video game merchandise, there's a variety of stuff to buy, though
not a ton, it is a small con, and a few art workshops to attend. There
are activity booths advertised for $1 or one activity ticket (you get
two with your badge), but they're usually changed to free later in the
day. I believe your badge also comes with a voucher for one free food
or drink item. They have a raffle every hour, and there's also a small
cosplay contest judged both by judges and by audience favorites."
Badge prices for this year have not yet been announced, but are
usually $7 - $10 at the door.
