A great Victorian period oil painting and frame! The painting has that wonderful "Shabby Shic" look about it, great flowers, and chippy frame to complete the "look". The oil displays a wonderful condition especially considering that it appears to be 19th century. The flowers are dark red with a great background color in the palette.
