(1940) Cream coverd boards, 227 pages with eight hundred fully described items of which one hundred and fifty are illustrated in b/w photos, this was the closing sale of the Arthur S. Vernay Store in N.Y. on April 30th 1941, the store was open for about 35 years, "a special sale prior to Mr. Vernays retirement" items have the retail price and sale price in this catalog, bumps to corners and tear to lower spine bottom do not really detract from the overall condition.
