Someone bought something from me on ebay, and now is hiding from
me. His ebay registered email bounces, and his phone number is
disconnected. I did actually find his phone number online, he does not
want to talk to me, saying "I will call you tomorrow".

I want to know, if I report him to ebay for false contact information,
will they cancel his account?

They might, or they may want him to update it. What did he do, not pay?

Perhaps he's masturbating. I know for me, it's pretty exciting to
talk about welders and other shop equipment during orgasm. But for
some, they may not enjoy the distraction.

You were on CHiPs? Did you wear those sexy
tight pants and high boots like Erik Estrada?
No. Swimtrunks.

Yep, made me a several thousand dollar offer, which I accepted, and
now he is hiding.

Definitely report him... Then re-list the item and move on.

Sure, fill out the form you might be able to find on the eBay site.
Communicating with them is basically a joke, you are talking to a
computer. eBay may or may not do something; they do not care. They
will send you a canned response that thanks you for your report,
promising they will look into it (not true), and finally reminding you
that because of privacy concerns they cannot (what they mean is will
not) tell you the result. It ends there, and their computer moves on
to the next message and canned response.

Then move on. Don't let jerks control your life.
