Shipping Framed Artwork/Prints/Posters

What's the cheapest way to ship a framed print approximately 24x36
inches? I have to ship it with the frame so I can't just roll it in a
tube. I'd really like to keep the shipping costs down. I can't stand
people who gouge on shipping prices. Also, does anybody know any good
online sources (read: cheap) for frames approximately 24x36?

Dave,

How valuable is this thing? You may be looking at a wood crate to
properly protect it.

It's not too valuable. I'm expecting it to sell in the $75-$125 range.
I hoping to get it shipped for around $15-$20.

Whatever you do, put masking take over the glass before packing. In case the
glass breaks, the print will be more likely to be protected.
