Will I get a discount on relisting an item? Since nobody can find it
nobody will buy it.
My quess is a resounding no.

According to eBay's policy, auctions that are scheduled to end
during a system outage of more than two hours (which this is)....
are extended for 24 hours.

Question is: how do they define a "system outage?" I'm guessing
it doesn't include search problems.

Search isn't *completely* down. If you click "search descriptions",
you get the results. But this still qualifies as an over-two-hours
title search outage.
