Happy Thanksgiving, 2005!

For your enjoyment, here is a trio of BLOG entries that you can feel
free to pass around (or even read aloud!) during this Holiday Weekend!
They are rated PG-13 (the first two, at least) - but please know that
if you do go the "reading aloud" route, it will be *very* easy to clean
up to suit your audience! :-)

To be read in the following order:

1) http://www.livejournal.com/users/jlwn111/37945.html
2) http://www.livejournal.com/users/jlwn111/38218.html
3) http://www.livejournal.com/users/jlwn111/38425.html

Have a wonderful Holiday Weekend!

Awesomely lame.

You should post your piffles in newsgroups, so you'd be at hand
whenever someone needs a lamer to slap around. Besides that,
practitioners of weird faiths (Vegetarianity, in your case) are
always worth a few chuckles--even you boring ones.

Yep, and teh omnivore-haters deserve all the slapping around
that comes their way from people who eat normally.

But I'm not surprised that this sort of drivel comes from The People's
Republic of Lawrence. They're like that there - it's a college town,
so it's packed with ignorant, idealistic kids trying to enforce their
nuttiness upon those who know better.

If you take a moment to think about it, we have all evolved from
a common ancestor. This means that *all* life on earth is a distant
cousin of yours. Of course impractically ethically speaking, this
means that even the Vegans need to do one better in that *no* living
thing should be killed to be eaten.
So it's milk, fruits, and supplements all around!!!
LOL

All eating is bad. I propose extremist fundamentalist jainism, where
all eating is seen as evil. The militant ones can also stop breathing.
The saints will stop living. The prophets will even also stop dying.
The angels will end oblivion. The gods will stop non-being. Till there
is nothing, not even nothing will nothing.

yeah let's give that one a shot.

We will add a "not-no-being" party in the next election. We have to
find a smart young man in a tie for a candidate.

Let's go early up to the vineyards. Let's see whether the vine has budded,
Its blossom is open, And the pomegranates are in flower.
There I will give you my love. (Song of Solomon7:12)

Ahem, my I kindly remind you, kitten, that I did not marry you? But if
it is any consolidation I also did not elope with "Rev." Stangl.

Monsters are stupid. But even that's okay, unless you're also a
fuckin' harelip.
