Meditation interruptus

like the great yogis before me, when I meditate I usually levitate 4-5
feet off the ground. Sometimes I even hit my head on the ceiling!!
What a sight to behold.
Last night, I had trouble with my ritual due to the bad vibes i've
been getting from people here. Please start thinking positive
thoughts. Wiggle your fingers to channel your negative engeries away
from your body. I feel your energery and it hampers me. If I name
names it might accidently cause magic-k spell to be unleashed!
