i can't remember if my grandfather owned a cat but his name and the word
cat have for a long time been closely associated together subconsciously.
as a child with sister and cousin and his sister we tried the ouija board
out but before just as we set it up we were called away to eat dinner so
i stayed behind for a moment before following the others wrote the word
cat and the word theodore next to one another, i think. well the effect
was to shake up my family and make them think my grandfather was writing
whatever it was i did write.... i just remember the word cat and theodore
revolving around in a misty childhood thought process and doing writing
whatever i could before running back with the others. i definitely wrote
the word cat but theodore was questionable...harder to spell and longer..
well..... since then our family has known two confrontational experiences
with the apparent spirits of two dead family members, our cat sat upon my
mothers face during what was normally more like an oobe beginning
experience and not too much else... (she did go between astral and
material level forms of perceptions from the oob perspective a few times,
and had symbolic visual experiences of stuff about future or deep truth
or something or other, and she used to get called by a voice out of body,
it was enough to scare her once she finally got over the paralysis start)
and my cousin was possessed in his very young years by theodores spirit,
so he believed....by the accounts he experienced a light outside move
inside his body and for about a year he felt very cold until he saw it go
whether or not it was really theodore i don't know where he got that from.
i also got them to believe my grandmother was a witch... she was natural
without the need of a coven of other girls raving about secrets & powers
and feeding something more like a viral ego than a real experience of it.
