Leading up to the coming political conference on Syria,
I suggest that we all direct spiritual love waves,
emanating from the heart chakra and hands, at Syria.

Prayers for peace and meditations on peace would also
be a good idea.

I've done those types of meditations
for many years where I imagine my heart
energies connecting with all hearts and
attempting to foster love therein.
