Don't like it, but was looking for Classico Garden Vegetable spaghetti
sauce. I got some at Target the other week and like it. But Kroger
does not have that variety, so tried Walmart. (Target is not that
close to me.) I don't know why anyone shops there (Walmart
Marketplace). Prices aren't that great; they are higher than the
Super Walmart. People working there in general seem to wish they were
somewhere else.

As I was going to checkout there were pillows in the aisle for sale.
Which is odd because the Walmart Marketplace is just groceries.. But
I was looking for a pillow for the platform bed I just got. And they
were only $3.97 I was going to get the $6 pillow at Family Dollar but
the $3.97 pillow intrigued me. Figured what the heck, it's only $3.97
and it was odd they were there in the first place. Maybe it was a
sign from God or such. So I got one. And got one from Family Dollar
too. An overnight guest would probably expect a pillow with the
platform bed/futon. I doubt they expect a great pillow, so maybe the
$3.97 pillow is good enough.

I'll be up to spend a week or two before the summer is out. Save
the pillow for me, and a bed. I will pay for my own food. I can't
figure people out. They get cars to go places more than their walking
limit but even then they complain about places being "too far". What
exactly is too far anyway? I don't look at miles, I go by time. I
haven't had a car in 30 years and I'm not complaining. But if you try
my style for a while you might come to see what distance is really
like. You sure do buy a lot of things. Not me. I keep thinking I
could die this year, why buy a whole bunch of stuff I'm not going to
use? That's the one good thing about aging - the older you get the
more chance that anything you buy is going to last a life time.

Not the way shit is made today. The stuff that last a lifetime is
based on a very short one.

Correct, and the older you get the shorter it gets, which was my
point. Even the crap will last a lifetime if one doesn't live too
long. Some old jew comic had a joke about it that I heard after I
made up my own version without hearing his, something about buying
bananas that are going bad is not a bad thing because at his age that
might be all he'll need. Or something like that. I like my version
better.
