Here is a brief summary of why I want your help:
Last night my personal check was rejected because of information provided by
Telecheck, the largest checking clearing company in the United States. The
"reason" they gave me once I finally got hold of them was "clerical error."
Their so-called data base can begin having companies rejecting your check
simply because some clerk anywhere enters one or more digits incorrectly
while processing a check and accidentally matches your drivers license
number. Telecheck claims it is not their fault, but it was their company
that was the reason that my character was defamed last night.
Here is what I would like to do about it:
I would like to build a list of others who have had the same type of
experience and are as upset as I am about it. Then I want to find an
attorney who will accept our case and file a class action law suit. The
attorney would receive a percentage of whatever settlement he or she is able
to obtain.
Here is why we should do this:
It's time to fight back against companies which position themselves to deny
the public our right to be treated fairly. Companies who cause the public
embarrassment without recourse should know that the time for the ability to
do that has ended. I want to fight back! Do you?
Here is some information about me and this proposal:
I am not trying to sell you anything.
I am not asking you to give or lend me anything.
I am only seeking help to fight big company power that causes the average
person like you and I embarrassment without recourse.
If you would like to help and to benefit from a potential class action law
suit against Telecheck, please email me.
