If you (or a family member) is the Recipient of a Grand Military medal and your name is not on a list of men and women authorized that medal you need to do the following:

1. Register yourself (or the family member): http;//www.amervets.com/registry.htm

2. Fax or mail a copy of your (or the family member's) authorization document(s). [Fax number and mailing address below]
