She was lied to?  Did you see the source?  Alan YU?!?!

This guy thinks that the police (not the Feds only, but even your local
police, assisted by various shopkeepers and other members of the public) have
mind control devices, which allow them to control your lives.

What Yu cannot answer is why, if these devices existed, they wouldn't allow
the user to avoid Mr. Yu's posting of this all over the internet (and believe
me, it is ALL over.  He was the original SPAMMER, posting to no less than 6
groups at a time.)
