Contact the Distric Attorney's office where you were convicted,
ask them if State Statute allows for expungement or sealing of
convictions (doubtful), and if it does, would they be opposed to
your application.
Your only other alternative is a Pardon, either Governor's or Presidential.
You'll need even more $$ payola for one of those.

The President shall... have power to grant reprieves
and pardons for offenses against the United States,
except in cases of impeachment.
You'll note that it says nothing about offenses against the various
individual states.
And then there's Wikipedia, which I'm sure you'll disparage in a
desperate and futile effort to save face, but which is nevertheless
entirely accurate in this case:
The pardon power of the President extends only to
offenses cognizable under U.S. Federal law. However,
the governors of most states have the power to grant
pardons or reprieves for offenses under state criminal

violation of state law was a presidential pardon.
(2) When the inaccuracy of that statement was pointed out to you, you're

were provided showing you the limitation on the presidential pardon
