I’m a NC driver. Recently I got a speeding ticket ( 79 in a 65 zone)
in Montgomery County of Virginia. I already had speeding ticket ( 57
in 45 zone ) approx. 2 years ago in NC for which I got PJC[ Prayer

A good reason why you should never register the vehicle
you primarily drive in your personal name.
So no valid service.
Not because of the un-received, photo-ticket.
Many states have rules requiring valid personal service
before any photo-radar/light ticket to be valid. Mail
doesn't cut it. Furthermore many states do NOT count
