The car was a BMW 745i...no year given...on auto trader used 2003..2004 are

Correction to spelling and update...Accused idiot is Douglas Kurtis
Brown(29)...Car passengers ranging in age from 19 to 29..One male and two
females. Sounds like 29 year old drunk cop trying to get into some 19 year
