Impaired Edmonton Cop, Douglas Curtis Brown, crashed his BMW luxury car into a truck after failing to stop at a red light. The 18 year old truck driver escaped almost certain death as he was freed from beneath the truck before it bust into flames.
I wonder if this cop was drunk or high on drugs? Edmonton PS just kicked off a campaign to stop the madness of impaired driving and now one of their own is out there terrorizing the city.

Correction to spelling and update...Accused idiot is Douglas Kurtis Brown(29)...Car passengers ranging in age from 19 to 29..One male and two females. Sounds like 29 year old drunk cop trying to get into some 19 year old pussy or young man ass...should check his computers for pedophile activity. Accident ocurred at 2:15 am just after last call. How can they know he was just drunk so soon and not high on drugs? Idiot was impaired, speeding, and ran a red light to impact a truck load of kids and roll it, almost killing one.
EPS is hiring any retard with a pulse that can do two pushups.

Police in Alberta make a lot more than $40K a year.
Salary
In 2005, Albertans in the Police Officers (Except Commissioned) occupational group working part-time or full-time earned an average salary of $64,900 a year (2005 Alberta Wage and Salary Survey). More recent data is not available.

Well, as Loaf pointed out in his follow-up posts, police in Alberta get paid, on average, quite a bit more than $40K per year.
So it's not impossible that he could afford a nice car like a BMW. Especially if he has a wife who also has a good income and they split the mortgage payments and other bills.

I think if he had a wife that'll be past tense now as he was out and about with some 19 year old ladies he probably picked up at Showgirls stripper bar.
