You might have noticed that a great number of "landlords" whether private or
city sanctioned, have a nasty habit of break/entering and scoffing Tenant
articles, like tenant registered guns, credit cards, cash, all sorts of
pillaging.....

The Police will do nothing about it since they are not there to service you,
but serve their own kind.

So how do you defend your property from these irresponsible "landlord" guys,
I have seen them torture people to death for a power of attorney signature
to their life savings...

Although if a gun is somehow, magically stolen, and there is a homicide, the
"landlord" should be held equally responsible if not more than the
registered owner......
