3 B.C. men allege abuse by RCMP in gun raid

RCMP SWAT teams knocks down the wrong apartment door and sends in a
police dog who bites the occupant's limbs and drags them out
into a very rough arrest. No warrants were issued. Their reason for
the raid they suspected that someone possessed a firearm.

The reality of Possession Certificates (C-68) is a permanent 'War
Measures Act' just as some of us predicted in 1994.

The only reason the CBC is carrying this because the RCMP had the
wrong apartment and the occupants were Mid-Eastern immigrants.
