x64lab first release

[hopcode]

I am proud to announce you the first working release of
x64lab assembly IDE under the MPL 2.0 License

It is a bit more than an alpha version and consequently
lot of features are deactivated at the moment,
neverthless it is alive and kicking now!

The Edit|"Developer tools" menu allows developer to add
favourites tools or frequently used documentation-files
to a customized group in order to simplify and make faster
access to their contents. Every tool, executable or
simple text file belongs to a group. All informations
for groups and items are stored in the [config\devtool.utf8]
file.

Help on language translation for x64lab

Hallo everybody,
we are looking for volounteers who help us on translating the language
file for x64lab. if you are interested you can view it browsing the
english source here

file should be edited using utf-8-NO-BOM encoding. you can do it
with your preferite editor or using x64lab itself.

translation is needed only for the quoted strings. example,
