I am a theatrical lighting designer, but I was wondering about expanding into
architectural and landscape lighting. How do youse guys find your lighting
designers? What qualifications do you look for? Do you go to big companies or
small independently-owned businesses with people you know and trust? Is the
income pretty steady/liveable?
